Training is the model, not the add-on
A recruitment company measures who is available. A workforce company changes what is available. Assessment tells us where a candidate stands; training moves them to where the employer needs them to be.

What we claim, and what we do not
Certification is only meaningful when the awarding body is recognised in the destination market. We do not issue international certifications ourselves, and we do not describe a candidate as certified unless a recognised body has assessed them.
What we do is prepare candidates to the standard an assessment demands, facilitate access to assessment and certification where a pathway exists for the trade, and document honestly what each candidate holds. Where no recognised pathway exists, the employer's own trade test becomes the standard, and we prepare candidates for that instead.
Training and certification partners
We are in the process of establishing relationships with training providers and assessment and certification organisations. Partners will be named here once agreements are formally in place — this page lists none until then.
