Recruitment that holds up to scrutiny
International labour mobility fails when the process is opaque. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to — written plainly, so that a worker, an employer or an authority can hold us to them.

What our compliance statement does and does not mean
Loyan Afghan is licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Afghanistan under licence MOLSA-05-LOY-1638-R9, and operates under applicable Afghan law and the requirements of each destination country.
We are committed to compliance with applicable International Labour Organization principles and standards on fair recruitment. That is a statement of the standard we work to. It is not a claim of ILO certification, approval, endorsement or partnership, and we will not describe it as one.
Likewise, we hold no accreditation, award or affiliation that is not published on this website. If it is not stated here, we do not claim it.
Raise a concern
If any person representing themselves as acting for Loyan Afghan asks you for an unexplained payment, guarantees you a job or a visa, or asks you to misrepresent your qualifications, report it to us directly. Concerns from workers, employers and partners are treated seriously and in confidence.
